Victoria Varon is a Real Estate Professional with over two decades of Real Estate experience. Her background in Real Estate began as a Community Manager in the Property Management Industry managing multi-million dollar assets and training/growing office and maintenance personnel. She worked for such notable companies as Irvine Company, Western National Property Management and nationwide Equity Residential for approximately ten years. For five and a half years, Victoria worked at WorldWorks, Inc, an Orange County, CA based organization specializing in personal and professional development programs. As a senior staff member, she fulfilled a variety of executive functions and provided coaching to over 10,000 individuals. Victoria's role included training participants in such disciplines as leadership, understanding and adapting to personality profiles, listening, working effectively with others, communicating powerfully and producing results never before imagined possible with ease, excellence and effortlessness. She then transitioned back into Real Estate as Principal of her own company, for over a decade as a leader in the industry and top performer in Residential Sales and Purchases. She also participates regularly in the Porsche Club as Founding President of the Vineyard Region.
